Artificial nails are super, duper popular and are also a great way to decorate your nails without having to grow them out and take super good care of them to get them strong enough to take care of. However, artificial nails 2011 may not be what you expected.

First of all, fake stones and crystals are really, really popular this year. It doesn’t matter where you’re from—you can probably have small crystals put on your artificial nails. You can also have them incorporated in to your nail design or—if you have some luck with personal nail design, you can actually go out of your way in order to design them yourself.

NAIL CARE IN 2010

Nail infections can happen due to different factors and one of which is aging. Our nails begin to thicken as we age especially during our forties when it gradually ceases to grow. For this reason, many older people obtain fungal infections than younger ones.
Our work can also affect the health of our nails. Bartenders, dishwashers and similar professions tend to have the higher chance of acquiring a nail infection because they regularly soak their hands in water as part of their jobs. Nail infections need tending since it cannot heal by itself. However, nail infection treatment can be a lot harder compared to other parts in the body.
As they always say, prevention is a lot better than cure; the same goes with nail care...
